What it is
The Overlook runs the length of the upper floor.
Coffee and juice at the bar, seating along the rail, and a view straight down onto the mat and the fitness floor.
You do not have to train here to sit here. It is open to anybody.

A member who has just finished sits down without leaving the building.
On a Friday night the games run below and the rail is the best seat in the house.
You know the routine.
You drop them off and then you wait. We understand. We have been there. We did it too, and we built this for you.
Sometimes on a plastic chair against a wall. Sometimes on a concrete bench with a fan you brought from home. Sometimes standing outside because there is nowhere to sit at all. Sometimes in the car with the engine running so the air conditioning stays on.
An hour. Four times a week. Every week of the year.
That is more than two hundred hours a year of your life, and nobody has ever built anything for it.
So we did.
The Overlook is air conditioned. The seats are comfortable and they are arranged in groups, so you can sit with the people you actually talk to. There are tables you can put things on and power at every one of them. And the whole room looks straight down onto the mat, so you can watch every minute of the class without leaving your chair.
Bring a book. Bring your laptop. Bring three friends. Stay the whole hour.
