Every kids class has a Hyrox class starting at the same minute, and The Overlook is open the whole time.
- Classes are 60 minutes in 75 minute blocks. Games run 75 minutes. Rec games run 90 minutes.
- Thirteen and up trains with the adults.

Uniform, top and shorts, bought at sign up
Passes are per programme. Jiu-Jitsu sessions cannot be used for Hyrox and Hyrox sessions cannot be used on the mat, because Jiu-Jitsu builds week to week and only works if you are there for it. If you want both, the combined rate is cheaper than buying them separately.
What is included
One uniform, bought once
Academy members buy the uniform at sign up, 1,800 pesos. For your first day, a t-shirt and shorts is fine.
No grading fees
Moving up is based on what you can demonstrate.
No seasonal fees
Kids seasons and championship weekends are included.
No extra charge for game sessions
Weekend games are part of the Academy membership.
