Each age group is its own league. Kids play within their own league, never across them.
Every age plays the real game — same cards, same scoreboard, same game day.
Mini League
Ages 4 to 6
Mon to Thu 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM · Game day at the end of the week
Position only, no submissions. They score by getting to a position and holding it. A referee counts it out and the round ends there. Nothing is ever finished on anybody at this age.
Junior League
Ages 7 to 9
Mon to Thu 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM · Game day at the end of the week

Prep League
Ages 10 to 12
Mon to Thu 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM · Game day at the end of the week
The name means what it says. Prep League is preparation for the adult programme, and the players in it are on their way there.
We train no gi. Every player has a uniform, a fitted training top and shorts in their league's colours. For their first day, a t-shirt and shorts is fine.
Turning 13? From 13 they train and play with the adult programme. Adult classes 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.And while they train.
Two options, both of them yours.
Train.
There is a Hyrox class on the other side of the building starting at exactly the same minute as your child's class. On a combined membership it costs less than buying the two separately.
Or go upstairs.
The Overlook is our coffee and juice bar upstairs. Air conditioned, proper seating, a table, and a view straight down onto the mat. You can watch the entire class from a comfortable chair with a coffee in your hand.
No plastic chairs. No standing outside. No sitting in the car with the engine running.

Here your child plays about the same. A real game, on a real scoreboard, roughly forty game days a year.
Classes Monday to Thursday, then game day. The week looks like the season they already know.
Nobody sits on a bench
Every child on the mat plays every child on the other team. Not the best six. All of them. When they're not playing they're refereeing a match, which means they're still in the game and still learning what scores.
Seasons
Twelve weeks
A season runs twelve weeks, with a game every game day.
Championship week
The season ends with a championship.
Four a year
Then a short break, and the next season starts.
A record
Your child finishes the year with games played and things they got better at, written down.
What they earn
Winning is one way to earn something here. It is not the only way, and for most children it is not the main one.
Turning up
Attendance is counted and it counts. Consistency is a skill and we treat it as one.
Playing every game
Finishing all six of your matches, win or lose, is its own mark.
Getting better at one thing
Specific skills — getting out from underneath someone, keeping a hold, getting past someone — are tracked and awarded on their own.

One free week. Up to four days of instruction and a game.
Classes Monday to Thursday, then game day. The full week exactly as a member would experience it.
