No belts, no contract. For your first day, a t-shirt and shorts is fine. A uniform is optional for Rec. We have them if you want one.
For casual players. Turn up, play a game, go home. No classes, no commitment, pay per game. You win by getting to a position and holding it. Rounds are four minutes and there is a referee on every mat.
You play on your first night
You arrive, we walk through the position at the start, and then you play. Four minute rounds against people your size.

When Rec runs
Game day evenings. Rec is for adults, 16 and up.

Treadmills don't have opponents. This is an hour of hard work you don't have to talk yourself into.
